This made-to-order unit is a digital replacement for the Valenite E-Z-Set Bush Unit range available in either vertical or angular mount.
Smartbore – adjustable to one micron on diameter. NO CLAMPING = NO DEFLECTION

Rigibore has applied its patented Smartbore technology to finish boring bush units so that critical tolerances can be met without compromise.

These units provide precision performance on line boring or special tooling applications with the added benefit of  significant performance enhancements to both productivity and accuracy from the additions of Smartbore’s digital capabilities.
